This full size professional grade HVLP gun comes complete with a 2.5mm stainless nozzle, 0.6 liter plastic cup and plastic material strainer. There are separate adjustments for spray pattern width and material volume. As a bonus, you can add a 1.0 liter aluminum cup. The 2.5mm nozzle is perfect for gel coat and resin. This gun excels at large surface spraying, such as new mold construction, composite refinishing and large boat surface repair. Smaller nozzle kits are available in 1.4mm, 1.7mm, 2.0 and 2.3mm. Blue die cast body ensures long life. Most HVLP cup guns use nylon flat seal just behind the threads that the air cap attaches to. Our model G860 uses a specially designed plastic seal which is resistant to acetone and other commonly used cleaners and emulsifiers. If you have used other similar spray gun and cleaned them with acetone, the seals disintegrate. Our G860 can be cleaned in acetone without this problem. Our economical replacement parts make this a perfect addition to any composite shop.
