This professional grade touch-up gun comes complete with a 2.0mm stainless steel nozzle, 0.12 liter cup and plastic material strainer. There are separate adjustments for spray pattern width and material volume. As a bonus, you can add a 0.25 liter aluminum cup. The 2.0mm nozzle is perfect for gel coat and resin. This gun excels at surface touch-ups such as mold repair , composite refinish and delicate boat hull repair. Smaller nozzle kits are available in 0.8mm, 1.0mm, and 1.2mm. Blue die cast body ensures long life. Most small touch-up guns are designed with a flat seal just behind the threads that the air cap attaches to. Our model G830 is a one piece casting eliminating this problem seal. If you have used other similar spray guns and cleaned them in acetone, the seals desintegrate. Our G830 can be cleaned in acetone without this problem. Our economical replacement parts and nozzle kits make this a perfect addition to any composite shop.
