These attachments are used to add materials such as ATH to gelcoat for spray granite.  The units will also spray micro spheres for a smooth sand-able surface, and can be attached to most resin/gelcoat spray-up machines. The heavy duty container will give years of service. Pneumatic activation assembly can be signaled from the chopper port on most machines.  25ft. of reinforced material hose and LPDE activation line are supplied. The 15 gallon graduated HDPE tank includes screw on vented lid. The new, low cost, heavy duty 1 & 2 gallon Nalgen container includes a snap on fill cover.  Simple, efficient venturi valve assembly for consistent granite and flake patterns. Strong anodized aluminum base for stable mounting with any spray up machine. Unique ES Mfg. low volume, low pressure vacuum generator causes no disturbance in gelcoat pattern. Loc-Line adjustable nozzle with 1 1/4" flare fitting.0-60 psi regulator/gauge assembly allows for precise adjustments to dry spray volume.

DSG-100 Dry Spray System
Spray dry materials independent of other spray equipment. 
Perfect for shops spraying dry material only intermittently. 
Eliminates the need to reconfigure plural component systems. 
Can be combined with any dry spray attachment. 
Many components interchangeable with our world famous 
G100-6 gun. Standard 10ft reinforced material hose. 
Color coded 10ft LDPE activation hose. Low air consumption. 
Loc-Line adjustable nozzle with 1 1/4" flare fitting. 
0-60 psi regulator/gauge assembly allows for precise adjustments to dry spray volume.

Para rociar materiales secos, independiente de otras maquinas de rociar. Perfecto para talleres que solamente rocían 
intermitentemente materiales secos. Elimina la necesidad de 
sistemas de componente de configura plural. Puede ser 
combinada con cualquier enganche para rociar materiales
